This talk exploring the possibility of completely eradicating cervical cancer in a world where incidence rates vary by 30 fold between lowest and highest. The prospect of increasing cervical cancer rates in the world from 578,00 new cases and 294,000 deaths in 2015 to 710,000 new cases and 383,000 deaths in 2030. The availability of prevention programmes such as HPV vaccination and screening could have a dramatic effect.
