HPV related oropharyngeal cancer

HPV related oropharyngeal cancers have been increasing significantly in recent years. While there are no confirmed methods of preventing these cancers, apart from vaccination, these cancers have earlier nodal spread but are easier to treat. The treatments have significant side effects which continue for years. Quality of life is important and current focus is on reviewing current treatment options to de-escalate treatment. This lecture provides a very interesting update of the clinical features treatment and follow up.
